½ cup low-sugar condensed milk (adjust to taste)
½ cup low-fat or oat milk
1 pack whole wheat biscuits

Add milk and stir until it forms a pourable, creamy filling.
In a tray or container, dip each biscuit briefly in milk and line them flat at the base.
Spread a layer of cream mixture over the biscuits.
